These terms apply to your use of the TeachingBuddy website at teachingbuddy.ai. The TeachingBuddy tutoring service has not launched yet; separate terms will apply to it when it does.
Using this website
- The information on this site is general information about a product that is coming soon. Features and availability may change before launch.
- Please use the website lawfully and don’t try to disrupt it, probe it for weaknesses, or send spam through the enquiry form.
- The enquiry form is for organisations. Individual sign-up opens at launch.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract between you and us. Any pilot, licence or partnership will be agreed separately in writing.
Our content
The TeachingBuddy name, logo, text and designs on this site belong to us or our licensors. Please don’t copy or reuse them without asking first.
No guarantees
This site is provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and Australian courts can hear disputes, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
